Responsibility :
1. Formulate sales, business development, and marketing strategies for TF Products in Srilanka.
2. Design, develop, execute and iterate innovative sales promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
3. Identify business opportunities in B2B, B2C, and C2C Segments.
4. Plan a strategy, draw a roadmap and execute it.
5. Develop and Maintain cordial relationships with customers and potential customers.
6. Maintain an up to date leads, sales, and marketing database.
7. Achieve predefined sales targets.
8. Hire other team members in the same or support function locally.

Necessary Skills and Hardware
Experience in B2C and B2B Packed Food Sales.
A Laptop with MS Office.
Reliable and Stable WiFi Connection.

Desirable Skills:
Be Available, Easy to work with, Communicate, Willing to think out of the box, willing to try new concepts and strategies, Detail-oriented, Maintain crisp, clean data, and Willing to accept feedback.

Represent the Company correctly.
